On March 12, 2021, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) launched a new National Emphasis Program (“NEP”) and an Updated Interim Enforcement Response Plan relating to workplace hazards associated with COVID-19. In this presentation, we will discuss OSHA’s priorities and goals in implementing the NEP, and learn about response strategies licensed facilities can employ when faced with an OSHA inspection.
