Don’t miss the next session of our Value Based Care Virtual Learning Series on Medicare Accountable Care Organization Programs, at 1 PM on May 7.
This session will introduce the major Medicare ACO models, MSSP and REACH, and explain how each assigns beneficiaries, measures performance, and distributes shared savings. Participants will learn about the financial mechanics of each program, the difference between attribution and enrollment, and how ACOs evaluate SNF performance within their cost and quality strategies. The session will also preview the emerging LEAD ACO model, and, most importantly, describe how SNFs and ALFs can and should interact with ACOs.
This session is part of our member-benefit Value Based Care Learning Series and is available at no cost to members. If you or someone one your team is interested in this or other sessions in the series, please register here.
