Kansas Christian Home in Newton honored four graduates from their newly implemented Mentor program recently. The Mentor program was developed to encourage employee retention and build peer to peer relationships. Future Mentors must undergo an insightful journey with themselves and each other. The staff are very excited to have this program as a part of KCH. Congratulations graduates, Ashly Love, Kristian Carrion, Karen Dixon, and Christina Weber.
