It is our pleasure to announce Will Smith has been hired as Director of Centralized Recruitment for Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America. Will’s first day was February 18.
Will comes to PMMA with more than 15 years of experience in leadership, sales, human resource management and recruitment. He most recently worked as corporate recruiter for Berry Companies, where he established a college internship and incentive program throughout all divisions of the company, increasing visibility and attracting top college recruits.
“Will brings a wealth of experience in employee recruitment and human resources management to PMMA,” said Ellen Bishop, regional director of human resources. “We are excited to tap into his experience in recruiting employees through social media and innovative programs.”
