This week, CMS released new Home Health data. This means that there are now new 5 Star Reports, SNF Trend Reports, and Home Health Trend Reports available. You can find all the reports in the LeadingAge report portal.
There are also new Hospice Trend Reports available due to CMS releasing new Hospice data this past week. With this data release, they removed the following Hospice measure:
Training family to care for patient (NQF#2651, CMS ID:HC_006.01)
