Each year, LeadingAge Kansas asks members to provide information to help us determine dues for the following calendar year. LeadingAge Kansas dues are based upon a millage formula and figured based upon your program service revenue. Most members can find this information on your most recent 990 form to file with the IRS. Others can find the information in their most recent cost report information or your financial statements.
