About the Assisted Living Learning Group
This Assisted Living Learning Group will be an opportunity for discussion and networking with your peers. Our goal is to bring together Assisted Living professionals such as Operators and Nurses for an opportunity to learn from each other. There is always something to be learned and what better way to do it than together in a safe and open environment.
The beginning will be a chance to get to know each other, where you’re from and what you’re going through in your role. Then we will receive an update and opportunity for Q&A from Regina Patterson from KDADS. Last, we will open it up to what topics you would like to discuss for the afternoon. You will together select the topics you feel are most needing to be discussed. Depending on the size of the group we will remain in a large group or break into smaller groups.
How beneficial this time and training is will really depend on your participation.
