On behalf of HEALTHWORKS, we would like to invite you to participate in the Credentialing Stakeholder Forum as we advance the development of a Centralized Credentialing Verification (CCV) Pilot. This initiative is supported through funding from the Rural Health Transformation Program.
The Stakeholder Forum is intended to serve as a broad engagement and communication body, bringing together key partners across the healthcare landscape to share information, provide input, and help build alignment and support for this effort.
Participation in the forum offers meaningful benefits across stakeholder groups. For providers, the CCV model is designed to streamline credentialing processes, reduce administrative burden, and enable faster clinician onboarding. For payers, it offers improved data consistency, greater efficiency in credentialing and recredentialing, and enhanced network accuracy. For regulators and state partners, the model promotes increased transparency, more standardized processes, reduced system-wide costs, and stronger oversight of credentialing practices.
Participants will have the opportunity to stay informed on project progress, provide input on key decisions, and help ensure the model reflects the needs and priorities of stakeholders across Kansas. Your perspective will be instrumental in shaping a collaborative and effective approach to credentialing.
Forum meetings will be held at key points throughout the project timeline.
