Each year, LeadingAge Kansas asks members to provide information to help us determine dues for the following calendar year. Thank you to those that submitted the requested millage forms to assist us in the 2026 membership dues process.
LeadingAge Kansas dues are based upon a millage formula and figured based upon your program service revenue. If you have not submitted your millage form, it’s not too late and would appreciate your doing so now by completing the 2026 millage form. Most members can find their program service revenue information on your recent 990 form that’s been filed with the IRS. Others can find the information in their most recent cost report information or financial statements.
