LeadingAge Kansas is partnering with KHCA for our biannual Wage and Salary Survey. We are urging all members to take the survey so we can have a statistically valid report. The link to take the survey went out to primary contacts or the top person in your organization. If you do not recall seeing the survey in your inbox, please contact Teresa Costello at TCostello@nationalresearch.com . Each organization has an individual survey link. The deadline to take the survey is May 31st. We have included a new question this year which measures your vacancy rates in each category. LeadingAge Kansas and our Workforce Commission will use that data in developing reports and other tools to help with our workforce crisis. Members who take the survey will receive a free copy of the report. Members who do not take the survey and would like a copy of the report will be charged a fee.
