We are thrilled to announce that our DON Bootcamp has officially been scheduled to begin on November 18 & 19, 2025! Registration for this DON Bootcamp will include two days of in-person learning (November 18 & 19) at our office in Topeka, followed by a few Zoom check-ins to provide additional support to attendees.  

The focus of this year’s DON Bootcamp is to support and elevate new DON’s in the expertise needed for their position related to: 

  • Clinical Skills 
  • Administrative Needs 
  • Regulatory Compliance 
  • Leadership/Management 
  • Soft Skills 

This Bootcamp is intended for new DONs, but any current DON or individual interested in becoming a DON is welcome to attend.
