We had a great time last week at the Policy & Leadership conference in Junction City, KS. Many important regulatory and policy topics were covered. While it wasn’t information the attendees wanted to hear – the time together gave everyone the opportunity to connect, collaborate and make a plan to advocate!

The Advocacy in Action small group sessions were a big hit bringing all the information together to help formulate priorities and strategies moving forward. Your LeadingAge Kansas team is here to support you every step of the way.

Check out the new Election Year Toolkit that Rachel discussed in her session about elections.

We ended the conference with a wonderful closing speaker offering tips on how to build Human Connections.

We would like to give a special thank you to all of our vendors and sponsors who helped to make this conference possible.  Without their support, we would not have been able to keep the conference affordable for members.  Their partnership in the association’s work is essential to members success.

Thanks to all who attended!

Mark your calendars for April 26-28 when we all meet in Wichita for our Annual Convention and Expo.
