- Sterling Presbyterian Manor recently received a zero deficiency annual survey. Congratulations to Mike Rajewski and his entire team! The surveyors were very impressed with their building.
- Sherry Rinke and team at The Wheatlands in Kingman had one deficiency in their health care center and one in their assisted living. Way to go team!
- Mitchell County Hospital LTCU in Beloit recently hosted Federal Surveyors and received only 5 minor deficiencies. Congratulations to Pam Hollerich and team on this great outcome!
