Grace Team Services is excited to announce the addition of two new team members!

Please join us in welcoming Karen Smith as the newly hired Administrator of Sterling Village in Sterling, KS. Karen began her journey at Sterling Village (formerly Sterling Presbyterian Manor) in March 2015 as the QAPI/Risk Nurse. In January 2019, she stepped into the role of Administrator. Family obligations took her to Kansas City in November 2020, but her strong connection to the community brought her back to Sterling Village in August 2024, where she resumed various clinical roles. Now, Karen is thrilled to once again serve as Administrator. She is deeply passionate about leading the Sterling Village team and providing exceptional senior care in a community she holds close to her heart.

We are also excited to share that Jamie Reeve has joined Grace Team Services as the HR Benefits Administrator. Jamie earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and is currently pursuing an MBA with a dual emphasis in General Business Administration and Human Resources from Pittsburg State University. Jamie brings a wealth of experience and insight from a diverse range of industries, including railroad operations and government organizations, making her a valuable addition to the team.

Thank you to Jona Freel with Grace Team Services for sharing these exciting personnel changes. We look forward to seeing all that Karen and Jamie bring to our membership!
