The KanCare MCO’s have scheduled another collaborative session with training for medical and institutional providers. The Topeka session is October 20th and the Wichita session is November 8th.

- Use of the KMAP Website
- How to determine covered benefits
- PA requirements
- Review of top denials and how to resolve them
- Common billing issues and how to resolve them
- Recent state policy changes and how they affect providers
- Coordination of benefits
- Appeals and grievances
- Fraud, waste & abuse (FWA)
