The Home Health Value Based Purchasing (HHVBP) Technical Assistance (TA) Team developed the Expanded HHVBP Model Guide to serve as a resource for home health agencies. The guide includes a glossary of terms, acronyms, and definitions used in the expanded Model in Appendix A: Expanded HHVBP Model Glossary of Terms, Acronyms, and Definitions. This glossary is critically important to get providers starting in understanding the terminology of the model. The guide also includes detailed information on the quality measures being utilized to assess agencies as well as the methodology breakdown to determine payment adjustments.
