Mother’s Day was Sunday, May 14th. In honor of the event, sons and daughters around the country usually treat their mothers to brunch, bring them flowers, and generally do whatever they can to make the day as special as possible. But what if your mother lives in a Long Term Care facility and your celebration with her is limited to whatever plans you can come up with to do on the outside of the facility? As senior homes across the country continue to stay shuttered to visitor, that did not stop one family from decorating their mother’s windows at Fowler Residential Care, Fowler, Kansas.
