Registration for this spring’s Joint Provider Surveyor Training is now open, and when you join us, you can expect to experience a robust lineup of sessions to support your daily operations. Whether you choose to attend in Wichita (April 2), in Topeka (April 3), or via Live-Stream (April 3), you will hear from knowledgeable, experienced speakers on a variety of most common survey tags and how to prevent/address them. This spring’s schedule includes the following sessions:

  • Quality Measure Overview and Standard of Care 
  • Nursing Facility Survey Process Changes 
  • Working Together to Honor Resident Rights 
  • How to Avoid the Top 10 Cited Deficiencies and CMP Updates 
  • To Report or Not to Report – That is the Question!

A graduate of Wichita State University’s Math Education program, Addy is using her planning and organizational skills, creativity, and love of helping others to support our providers and members. First as Administrative Coordinator and now as Associate Director of Communications & Events, Addy’s primary duties include overseeing general member communications through social media, our Weekly Member Calls, the Aging Update, and database and website maintenance. She also collaborates with the team to plan, produce, and market events across all aspects of LeadingAge Kansas, manage Continuing Education processing.. Outside of the office, Addy enjoys crafting, playing board games, video games, and DnD, and spending time with her husband and their two cats.
