Thank you to everyone who sent in their Program Service Revenue last week! For those who haven’t, please send your Program Service Revenue numbers that are required for us to calculate dues for 2017. The due date to submit is July 1, 2016. If you have questions about the Millage Form or how we calculate dues, please contact Dana Weaver at 1.800.264.5242. There are two easy ways to provide the information. You can download and fill out the document OR submit in our easy online form. You do not have to do both.
