You may wonder why Bill Klasincki is pictured stacking dice on a popsicle stick held firmly in Shalini Gavankar’s mouth while Esther Dritely (left) and Joan Garner attentively watch.

The four were among many Tallgrass Creek retirement community residents  who celebrated Senior Fitness Day with competitive games on land and in the community’s temperature-controlled, indoor pool.

Winners of the dice stacking event were Joan Grant and Charlotte Tomlinson. Joan precariously stacked eight dice on Charlotte’s “in mouth” popsicle stick before they all toppled. If not a world record, it is certainly a Tallgrass Creek record.
