We are collecting Program Service Revenue in order to calculate our 2019 Dues as we do each year in June. You can find this number on your most recent IRS Form 990 (line 9), audited financials or cost report. Providing the information is super easy.

- Fill out this PDF and email to Tina Andres (tina@leadingagekansas.org)
