Several members have noted issues with the data provided in the quarterly 5-star reports LeadingAge Kansas sends out. These are generated with data from CMS, which CMS gets from facilities MDS submission data. CMS provides Provider Preview Reports so that Providers can review the data prior to public display on the CMS Nursing Home Compare site. Corrections to the data will not be permitted at this time, however providers can request a CMS review during the preview period if they believe their data scores displayed are inaccurate.
