Trauma can significantly impact older adults, influencing their physical health, emotional well-being, and behaviors. At the same time, the long-term care workforce often faces secondary trauma and burnout, while leaders must foster a supportive, healing-centered culture.  We are very excited to partner with LeadingAge Nebraska to bring a 3-part webinar series dedicated to exploring the critical role of trauma-informed care in senior living environments and equipping participants with strategies to recognize trauma, respond with empathy, and build resilience.
