Early Bird Registration is Now Open for our 2025 Fall Conference on September 11 in Salina, KS.

This year’s conference will feature insights from the Kansas Nursing Workforce Center on the State of Nursing in Kansas and what you can do to help address the nursing shortages. Magnet Culture will also be joining us for multiple deep dive workshop sessions dedicated to retention strategies, including Analyzing Workloads, Assessing Values & Priorities, and Leadership Development Planning.

You will leave this conference with new skills and a renewed outlook to support and sustain your team at home.
