You Are NOT Required to Furnish a 1135 Waiver to Fire Inspectors   
Some fire inspectors have been requesting facility 1135 waivers when they are in buildings recently.  We contacted Brenda McNorton, Chief of Inspections at the OSFM, whereupon she said that this is not required and does not have to be furnished.
