  • To resolve a missing or potentially inaccurate HCBS authorization
  • To resolve an authorization that is not in AuthentiCare
  • To obtain a copy of the authorization letter
  1. If a provider has a question about or needs a copy of a Person Centered Service Plan (ISP), the provider should call the member’s care manager. 
  2. For issues regarding access to the provider portal and claims payment, the provider should contact their provider representative.
