Kansas State University has many great resources to help you along your PEAK 2.0 and person-centered care journey. You can access all of the resources at the main website.
If you are preparing for your evaluation for 2019, use the core area audits for the core areas they are being evaluated on. They are under the 2018-19 program information (bottom of the page).
Some of the newest resources are found under the Person-Centered Care Resources tab at the bottom of that page are various resources for each of the domains. The alternative bathing resources are under resident choice.
