For new DONs, having a support system and a guide to help you along the way can make a world of difference. At our Confident DON Masterclass, participants will hone in on their roles as DONs as it relates to many aspects of long-term care (care plans, risk awareness, staff competency, and more), while connecting with other new and experienced DONs that they can lean on for support. After two days of intentionally crafted sessions, you will go home with tangible resources to help you in your role as well as new friends or peers that you can call on for support.

No one knows the role of a DON quite like another DON, so we invite you to take this opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from experienced nurse leaders and each other.

Interested? Learn more about The Confident DON here and register for our February 17 & 18 training in Wichita here.

Thanks to the generous partnership of Grace Team Services, we are able to offer this highly requested masterclass at a low cost. Registration will include all the learning (including 20.5 Nurse-Taught CEs across 2 in-person days & 4 virtual follow-ups), resources and connections to take home with you, and meals throughout the two in-person training days.
