On November 28, 2019 Phase III requirements went into effect. CMS Health Inspectors expect to see a fully functional QAPI program in your nursing home. A working QAPI program requires data at every stage of the process from selecting a project to sustaining improvements. Benefits of LeadingAge membership affords access to a suite of easy-to-use tools that provide homes with the data their QAPI programs need including identifying an opportunity, measuring success and monitoring improvements. In this session attendees will learn how using these tools can have a direct impact on their residents’ quality of life through scenarios and a live demonstration.
