The current CNA Curriculum is in the process of review and the statewide revision group would like your input. Their goal is to assure that CNAs have adequate training to be able to work in long-term care. Providers have mentioned that there is a lot of retraining that takes place in the building with a newly certified CNA. This survey will help identify what is lacking and what works well with the current curriculum. They are also conducting separate surveys for instructors and new CNAs.

Please take 5 minutes or less to fill out the 9 question survey. Your feedback will be extremely valuable in the revision process.

The survey will be open until February 16th.
