Strong governance is essential but making time to step back and plan together isn’t easy. What’s harder is creating the time and space to step back together: to pause day-to-day demands, align as a board and leadership team, and focus on the decisions that will shape your organization’s future.

Our Governance Webinar Series begins January 8, and with the holidays approaching, now is the time to secure participation for you and your board before calendars fill and the year begins at full speed.

This year’s sessions:

January 8 (1:00-2:00 PM): Recruiting for Mission, Onboarding for Impact
Build a board that’s aligned, prepared, and ready to lead with purpose.

January 15 (1:00-2:00 PM): Inspiring the Why: Engaging Boards in Meaningful Philanthropy
Shift from obligation to inspiration, strengthening your culture of giving.

January 22 (2:00-3:00 PM*): Strategic Readiness: Preparing Your Organization for Affiliation Conversations
Learn how to assess readiness, manage complexity, and lead through change.

January 29 (1:00-2:00 PM): Navigating the Legal Implications of AI in Aging Services
Understand emerging risks, responsibilities, and opportunities as AI reshapes our field.

Each session provides practical frameworks and shared language your board can immediately apply.

January 8 is right around the corner, register before the holidays to ensure your leadership team starts the new year aligned, prepared, and ready to lead.

We’d be honored to support you and your board in the new year.

*Please note: most sessions will be from 1:00-2:00 PM, except January 22, which will be from 2:00-3:00 PM due to presenter conflicts.*
