CMS is seeking input on ways to improve and has issued a Request for Information on a variety of issues related to Medicare Advantage, how it works today, and provider and beneficiary experiences. You can share your input in one or more of the following ways:

  • Join the LeadingAge special members-only call to share your top concerns and ideas on Monday, August 22, Noon – 1 PM Central. If you would like to participate, please email Nicole Fallon for the virtual meeting login information.
  • Consider these questions and email Nicole Fallon by August 24 with challenges you encounter when working with Medicare Advantage, Special Needs Plans, or other items related to contracting, prior authorizations, or payment and audits.

Debra is LeadingAge Kansas’ President and CEO. She leads the overall affairs of the association, works closely with the Board of Directors, and is responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan, oversight of financial resources, and of course, inspiring and leading the team. Additionally, she’s the primary spokesperson for the association, the liaison to LeadingAge National, and serves as the President and CEO of the association’s sister organizations, the Foundation and Employee Benefits, Inc. Her commitment and passion for aging services stems out of her deep love for her grandparents.
