Kudos to KMH CEO Matthew Bogner on the publication of his doctoral dissertation, Nursing staff members’ reactions to household model implementation! These research findings have important implications for LeadingAge members who are attempting to implement core components of culture change in their organizations or improve culture change models that are already implemented.  It includes nursing staff members reactions (both licensed nurses and nurse aides) to these changes as well as a discussion section on practical recommendations and opportunities for improvement.

Feel free to contact Matthew if you have questions.

Dr. Bogner, we truly appreciate all of your hard work and this valuable contribution to our field!
