The 2024 Election Year Toolkit has been recently updated on the LeadingAge Kansas website. It encompasses a range of topics such as voter registration guidance, polling site locations statewide, advanced registration procedures, key deadlines, strategies for nonprofit involvement in election-related activities, and advice for organizing candidate forums.

Additionally, LeadingAge Kansas intends to distribute candidate surveys for both state and congressional elections this year, with plans to publish the responses from candidates upon receipt. Providers are encouraged to disseminate these responses among their staff, residents, and families to inform them about candidates’ stances on matters pertaining to aging services.
