Effective 7/1/2026 all NF and NFMH quality care assessment payments (QCA) shall be made utilizing Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) via the Collections Remittance System (CRS); paper checks will no longer be accepted as payment for QCAs.  

The CRS has been available for NF and NFMH providers to make EFT QCA payments since January of 2025, and as of 7/1/2026 EFT will be the only acceptable form of payment for QCAs.  

This change will initially impact QCA payments due July 30, 2026. 

NF and NFMH providers can email:

With a professional background in law enforcement and child welfare, and a successful 2023 legislative practicum with the Children's Alliance of Kansas, she brings rich professional experience to her role as Director of Government Affairs, and a front-line perspective on the needs of health and human services providers in our state.
