Lakeview Village, a Continuing Care Community in Lenexa Kansas, has a large state of the art Outpatient clinic on campus and 6 extension clinics located throughout Johnson County. Last week we were surveyed for our 3 year Medicare reaccreditation. They are proud to announce that they received a deficiency free survey across all 7 Outpatient clinics.
