Pioneer Lodge had their annual survey last week with only two minor deficiencies. It was the first full survey since March 9, 2020. The surveyors were very complimentary of all the staff at Pioneer Lodge and commented they could tell staff had good teamwork in all the departments and that the staff care for the wellbeing of the residents. Way to go team!
