LeadingAge Kansas is now accepting Millage Forms to collect Program Service Revenue numbers required to calculate dues for 2017. The due date to submit is July 1, 2016. If you have questions about the Millage Form or how we calculate dues, please contact Dana Weaver at 1.800.264.5242. There are two easy ways to provide the information.
