- New Food Cost Studies: Results are ranging between 8% – 17% without changing distributors or many product categories
- Medical Cost Study: Resulted in a 19% savings by transitioning to the Value First Preferred Partner McKesson.
- Facilities Cost Study: For Direct Supply results are continuing to show between 3% – 10% better value over other programs

Elevator Maintenance Program – Kone, Otis, Schindler, Thyssenkrupp
Value First members have saved 19% on average by converting from their current contract to service through Value First and the HPSI portfolio. This is based on actual completed member cost analysis.
