Time for Recognition Appreciation Clocks Honor 3d Illustration

Staff appreciation week was September 19th-23rd at Mount Hope Nursing Center in Mount Hope.  The entire community and resident family members were invited to participate and share their thanks. Here is the rundown of the week:

  • Monday: Sno-cones, popcorn, and a dunk tank.
  • Tuesday: Food trucks – Doggone It and Face Stuffers.
  • Wednesday: Photo booth with Kansas Photo Booth.
  • Thursday ( National Ice Cream Cone Day): Ice cream Sundaes and Pizza from LMNO Pizza. The staff won the Pizza after getting first place in the float division, with Mount Hope Prairie Festival. Staff also received bags of appreciation to all of the staff for EVERYTHING they do to make Mount Hope Nursing Center such a great place to live and work!
  • Friday: 3rd annual Fishing Derby. Channel cat from, Harbin Fish Farms, were brought in for our precious residents to take a chance of catching. This is the third year for the event and is anticipated by both residents and staff.

Mount Hope management went the extra mile to show staff and residents just how much they matter to the community.
