Healthcare cost-containment strategies are essential to protecting the financial health of your community and employees. Increasing healthcare costs are forcing employers into policy changes that restrict healthcare provider networks, piling additional out-of-pocket costs onto the employee – further depreciating an employer’s strategic attraction and retention tool by reducing benefit offerings. Reclaim control over your bottom line without sacrificing health care needs of employees by collaborating with 25 of your fellow LeadingAge Kansas community colleagues. The LeadingAge Kansas Employee Benefits Inc. (EBI) association health plan provides an innovative, yet proven, unequivocable cost-savings solution, while delivering market-leading protections against unreasonable overcharging by healthcare providers. EBI Board Chair, Elizabeth Howarth, CEO, Homestead Health Center, on EBI “We have to do everything we can do to take care of our staff. If it takes a little more effort, we do it. We have never regretted going to EBI for our health insurance and we are never going back to Blue Cross Blue Shield.”  If you are interested in learning more about EBI, please contact Tyler Wells at twells@integritywithbenefits.com or 816.216.1979.
