The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released an updated CAHPS Hospice Survey Quality Assurance Guide. The manual was created to standardize the survey data collection process and to ensure comparability of data reported. This Reader’s Guide provides survey vendors and hospices with a high-level overview and reference for essential information presented in the CAHPS Hospice Survey Quality Assurance Guidelines V10.0 manual.
