As the industry emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic, many senior living organizations find themselves struggling financially, wondering where they should shift their focus to positively improve their operations. Many organizations went into survival mode during the pandemic, which hit less than six months after beginning a new Medicare payment model which did not allow time for providers to fine tune their PDPM processes. She oversees the Partnership/Sponsorship program, recruitment and retention of the association’s provider and associate members as well as coordinating all aspects of online education.
