With the Proposed Staffing Minimum Rule weighing heavy on your mind, and your organization’s future depending on the outcome, we’ve added a focused session to the conference agenda.  It will cover the rule, its potential impacts, your questions, and guide you through the steps needed to advocate effectively.  Kylee Childs and Rachel Monger from our team and Ruth Katz from LeadingAge will present this extended session on Wednesday morning.

The conference will also include sessions on

  • upcoming PDPM changes for Medicaid,
  • the role of partnerships and collaborations for serving and sustaining,
  • activities for residents,
  • maintenance therapy how to’s,
  • accounts receivable tips,
  • wound care and reimbursement.

In addition, we’ll also have keynotes to keep you inspired and help your team focus on retention.  Intermingled with the learning, we will have over 25 exhibitors to answer questions, share new products and services, and connect you with resources.

Don’t forget to suit up in your favorite team gear for our Tuesday Night Lights Mix and Mingle sponsored by United Church Homes. Enjoy tailgate foods, games, and beverages with other attendees.

The conference is on October 3rd and 4th in Salina.  We can’t wait to see you there.
