The winners of the 26th Annual Awards of Excellence have been chosen and will be awarded next week at the Policy and Leadership Conference in Junction City.  We will be featuring a new award this year – Member of the Year and are excited to showcase it.  This year’s winners are:

  • Gene Hock with Catholic Care Center in Bel Aire & Bill Larson with Brewster in Topeka, Positive Aging Award
  • Phyllis Terbovich with Schowalter Villa in Hesston, Caregiver of the Year Award
  • Arlene Girton with Pine Village in Hesston & Ellen Voran from Showalter Villa in Hesston, Volunteer of the Year Award
  • KMH in Wichita for Transformational Change, Member of the Year Award

Special thanks to this year’s judges Cliff Davis with Breathe Oxygen and Medical Supply & Steve Newell with Central National Bank for their work in reviewing all of the nominees and selecting our winners.  Central National Bank has been a generous underwriter of this program since its inception.
