KING is holding its Annual Seminar on November 18, 2022 at Larksfield Place in Wichita. Included in this year’s seminar is the OSHA funded training “Resident to Staff Aggression Prevention and Response”.  The 2023 Safety Grant program will also be unveiled. The entire seminar is offered at no cost.

Kevin McFarland is the President and CEO of KING – the group-funded workers’ compensation program for members of LeadingAge Kansas. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work at Kansas State University and is licensed as a Social Worker, Property & Casualty Insurance, and Health & Life Insurance He is a member of the Management Team, Finance Team and advise the EBI Board and Service Team. Kevin’s favorite part of his job is working with a team of dedicated individuals for members.
