Work has begun on the OSHA Susan Harwood Long-Term Care Resident to Staff Aggression grant project and your input is needed. A brief, virtual discussion is being planned to help the project team learn about your challenges with resident to staff aggression, how to best meet your training needs in this area and gather your feedback on proposed training topics. If you, or any member of your team, is interested, please contact Stephanie Gfeller. This discussion is open to all long-term care employees and involvement from direct care givers is encouraged.
