KDADS: FAQs on Bed Changes and Provider Tax Assessments
KDADS has put together some helpful FAQs for providers related to provider tax assessments and what it looks like to raise or lower your bed count at different points throughout the year, and rates and tiers for the tax assessment. BFL is hosting a listening and feedback session regarding the Home Health Agency (HHA) regulation review process. The event will take place virtually on October 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Registration is required and linked below. All providers are welcome to attend each session, but each hour will be dedicated to specific licensed agencies.
- Skilled Home Health Services: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Home and Community Based Services: 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Supportive Care Services: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Agencies will have an opportunity to share feedback regarding the proposed regulation changes using an online survey form. Share your feedback.
