LeadingAge Kansas is grateful for the opportunity to serve you as you as you care for the elders of Kansas. One of the ways we serve is through a scholarship program designed to provide scholarships exclusively for aging services professionals within the LeadingAge Kansas membership. Since its creation the program has awarded over $110,000 in scholarships to 100 aging services professionals, just like you and your co-workers.
Going forward we want to give even more scholarships but need your help. Would you consider donating on #GivingTuesday to support these scholarships? Donations of any amount help us support caregivers as they learn, grow and serve elders. Here are some examples of how your support helps.
- $100 helps a caregiver pay for a continuing education course.
- $250 helps a caregiver complete a certification course.
- $500 or more provides a caregiver with a scholarship for college.
