The Fire Marshal’s office has been getting a few questions regarding Turkey Fryers as the holidays come closer. With that in mind, they sent that question to our CMS regional office and this is CMS’ response:

Turkey Fryers are not allowed inside at all. They can be used outside if they are used safely. (Not under an awning, canopy, in a garage, around wood chips, leaves, etc.)
